As a Sales Director, you are expected to:
- Hire, train, manage and oversee sales people (Sales Officers/Sales Associates), who are responsible for ensuring achievement of sales volume targets.
- Motivate and mentor the team, create sales plans and workflows, organize sales training programs, lead pipeline management and overall team management
- Improve salespeople productivity as agreed with business leaders specifically in the following areas: number of salespeople passing their KRA targets, vacancy rate/ attrition rate and promotions
- Direct the Sales team in generating new business to increase deposit volume
- Directly collaborate with the Divisions Heads and Store Heads with regards to sales performance and daily sales activities.
Who can apply?
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking/ /Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 8-10 years of sales experience in the banking industry, preferably in the areas of retail banking. Strong knowledge of retail banking products is required.
- With excellent leadership and people management skills
- With change management, roll-out experience and very good sales process and discipline
- With training experience and extensive coaching background.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate well with stakeholders
- Results-oriented with emphasis on the performance of the sales team
