Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Parañaque. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Sales Planning skills
  • Team Leadership and Cross-functional Collaboration skills
  • Experience in the real estate or property development industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
