Job Responsibilities:

• Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
• Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Partners with Sales and Marketing in launch/product strategies, development, selling materials, execution, and monitoring to achieve financial and market share objectives.
• Leads business planning process by preparing or collaborating insights and analytics to support marketing strategy, template preparation, process communication, and execution of strategic customer/sales team planning meetings.
• Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply & demand, and changing trends.
• Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace.
• Form sales strategies to keep your company competitive and innovative.
• Compiling monthly sales reports for the management including the new launch product report and other commercial lines.
• Identify valuable emerging markets.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and addressing any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Must have 3-5 years of supervisory experience in sales.
• Proven track record in sales and/or within FMCG, retail, beauty devices, and skin care industry is an advantage.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
• Meeting sales goals, negotiation, and sales planning.
• Willing to work at Ermita Manila, onsite, Monday to Friday.
