JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industries
- Proven track record of successfully growing and retaining customer accounts
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think strategically
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel,PowerPoint)
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

SCOPE OF ROLE:
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct market research, and analyze industry and competitor activities to identify new business prospects
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential and current clients
- Increase closed accounts from existing and new clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to coordinate sales efforts and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records and provide detailed activity reports

Experience:
- B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)
