職位描述

The Institutional Sales Officer is primarily responsible for marketing corporate/institutional accounts and generating new business through acquisition of new accounts in accordance with the unit’s target business growth. He/She assists in the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans; identifies the list of prospects to pursue and arranges for proposals to be delivered to prospects to create product awareness, interest and eventually open new accounts from convinced prospects.


He/She collaborates and provides support to the Account Officers of Institutional Accounts Management Unit and other Bank units in marketing calls to get leads and increase his prospect for the year. To increase referrals, he/she also conducts refresher training and lectures on different Trust Products and Services to branches/ other Bank marketing units, and to a particular segment or industry marketed by him or referred by other business units.


Overall responsibilities span across prospecting and delivery of proposals, account opening requirements / monitoring and preparation of reports.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree graduate with minimum 5 years marketing experience in a Corporate or Commercial banking/ financial industry
  • Certifications/ Licenses in Trust Institute Foundation of the Philippines (TIFP) and Certified UITF Sales Personnel (CUSP) is an advantage
  • Proficient in theoretical and practical project management
  • Efficient Problem solving, decision making, communication, presentation and data analysis skills


The candidate must be willing to work onsite.
