The Senior Manager for Business Development will focus on driving business growth and development of the Company. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, partners, and investors. The position requires specialized knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and regulations, in addition to the core skills and competencies needed for business development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate business development
• Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and investment strategies

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to facilitate the expansion of the real estate business.
• Identify new market opportunities and create business development initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to maintain a leading position in the market.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze real estate trends to assess demand and identify profitable opportunities.
• Provide insights to enhance business development strategies.
• Draft and present business proposals and project income projects.
• Represent the Company in business deals and industry events.
• Build strong connections with clients, partners and investors and foster long-term partnerships to support business growth.
