Job Description:


  • Design and develop software architecture that aligns with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior architects, development teams, and stakeholders to implement architectural solutions and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design documents, and implementation guides.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural planning sessions.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve our architecture and systems.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate tools, technologies, and frameworks to support the development process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to architecture and provide guidance to development teams.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior developers and architects.


    • Job Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development and architecture or a related role.
  • 5+ years of Managerial Experience
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Proficient in more than one programming language, such as Java, Python, .NET, or Full Stack.
  • Experience with development tools and frameworks, such as IDEs, version control systems, and build automation tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience in designing cloud-based solutions.
  • Relevant certifications in software architecture, cloud computing, or related areas are highly desirable.
