Responsibilities of the Store Manager:
Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction remains high.
Inspire and guide the sales team to meet targets through training and ongoing support.
Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and boost profitability.
Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure the team adheres to operational, visual merchandising, and brand standards.
Prepare detailed sales reports based on key retail performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage store administration tasks, including staff scheduling, budgeting, and updating financial records.
Analyze best-selling products, sell-through data, and other merchandise-related issues.
Oversee the proper management and security of store inventory.
Store Manager Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position, ideally in fashion retail.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage customer relations effectively.
Customer-focused with a solid understanding of business management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
