  • Manage a large volume of calls, emails, and other platforms chat applications with profound knowledge and efficiency.
  • Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all customer inquiries regarding terminal servicing inquiries through email and call.
  • Redirect customers to appropriate teams and/or departments as needed.
  • Address customer complaints in a compassionate and patient manner.
  • Coordinates with key departments in resolving customer issues at first level support in a timely manner.
  • Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to deliver exceptional experiences and nurture lasting customer relationships.
  •  Follow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines always.
  •  Perform each duty above with our customers’ satisfaction as the number one priority.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have at least a short course/diploma/certificate/Bachelor's Degree relating to computer science, information technology and the like.
  • With at least 1 year of Customer Care experience and with experience supporting for Calls, Emails and Chats
  • Good call handling, good email handling, good documentation skills, with good business communication skills
  • Must be amenable to work in Makati City
  • Must be amenable to work in shifting schedule
  • Can start as soon as possible
  • Amenable to work in night shift schedule
