Call Center Specialists process complaints and issues related to products or services. They help customers complete purchases, upgrades, and returns, and frequently provide advice and technical assistance as well. They generally work in office environments, call centers, or from their homes.

Requirements

Native (Japanese Citizen)

  • Japanese Citizen with active tourist visa
  • *HS Grads are allowed


Non- Native ( Filipino Citizen )

  • 2 years complete / College Graduate with 5 years Japanese call Center Experience or live and work in Japan for at least 10 years

  • Japanese language fluency must be on business level


 Salary: 

 80k - 85k ( Negotiable depending on Work Experience )


  • Day 1 HMO coverage for the employee
  • Guaranteed Bonus - 14th  month ( Upon Regularization )
