POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for gathering information on promotions and events within the industry and providing detailed reports and analysis on Solaire Resort and Casino's events, raffles, and draws. The role aims to contribute to improving the overall performance and success of the casino's operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and monitor promotions and artist performances in similar industries.
• Collect and analyze data on events and promotions at Solaire Resort and Casino.
• Provide reports on casino events, including observations, comments, and suggestions to improve future events.
• Assist in marketing decision-making by assessing promotional needs, gathering relevant data, and analyzing results.
• Evaluate the demographics of visitors to Solaire Resort and Casino as well as those visiting other establishments in the industry.
• Support the Casino Marketing Team by exploring innovative ideas such as new events, promotions, and games to enhance casino operations.
• Assist the Marketing Manager and staff with related projects and initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of promotional strategies and product improvements.
• Handle basic tasks such as picking up collateral and managing deliveries from suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related courses.
• With 3 years of experience in analytics.
• Experience in direct marketing, customer relationship marketing, email marketing, and/or technical skill in PC or mainframe computer operations.
• Organize, attentive and keen to details
