What is the Performance Data Analyst role here in 1Aviation?

The Performance Data Analyst provides statistical analysis and interpretations of a range of data from operations and other services required. Develop, maintain dashboard for performance indicators and other statistical reports that are required/would be required by the Management.

What Will You Do

  • Ensures that 1Aviation’s Mission, Vision and Values are achieved.
  • Promotes and ensures compliance to Quality, Safety, Security and Customer Service standard base on regulatory requirements, government laws, acceptable industry standards and company policies and procedures.
  • Collate and analyze information and data to support service needs.
  • Prepare dashboard for KPIs, SPIs, and send report to Director Service Performance, Head of Operations, Operations Directors and Service Assurance Officers
  • Provide expertise in data handling, analysis, interpretation, and presentation including statistical techniques and assist Management in establishing methods of improving services.
  • Provide clear, concise and accurate reports underpinned by robust data analysis to aid decision making.
  • Work closely with Service Assurance Officer to identify new opportunities and areas where performance could be improved.
  • Analyze performance indicators, trends and information from current activity, consultation, case reviews, and customer surveys to support the development of service quality.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Director, Service Performance.

An ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 1 year in data analytics/statistics
  • Airline/aviation background is an advantage
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to develop and maintain effective professional working relationships and networks with stakeholders
  • Ability to advise stakeholders in a professional and effective manner
  • Able to work effectively, flexibly and constructively with colleagues in a team where team members positively to share a goal
  • Ability to analyze complex information quickly, reaching and articulating decisions with clarity, to deliver solutions that command support.
