This can be made clearer by way of example. For the financial services platform, the resulting ecosystem has the following participants:

  • Financial institutions such as rural bank and non-bank financial institutions (coops, lenders, etc.)
  • Customers of these financial institutions
  • Financial service providers that leverage the platform such as lenders and insurers
  • Technology providers that build solutions on top of the platform


Network Support Officer (24/7)

Description

  • Ensure Network uptime and manage Telco escalations
  • Maintain SLA on the availability of Network Infrastructure
  • Handles and manages Campus and Branch Network Equipment
  • Manages UBP Wi-Fi and fixed lines and ensures stability and usage are compliant to security standards
  • Manages Telephony routers and equipment and ensures stability and uptime
  • Coordination with partner vendors relating to Network and Communication availability
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
  • Role requires 24/7 monitoring of Network ad Telephony Links


Experience

  • At least 2 year experience in networking software and security, VLAN, VOIP, QoS, and Wi-Fi technology.
  • Has knowledge and background on Windows Active Directory (AD) systems., LDAP Network configuration
  • Network Equipment: Cisco, Huawei, and other network equipment
