EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• With experience in Sales/Project Management/Business Development
• Preferably with background in A2P Messaging and Carrier Relations
• With good verbal and written communication skills
• With pleasing personality

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1 | Account Management

• Reviews and finalizes NDA, Interworking SMS Agreement and Monthly arrangements with existing and prospective partners
• Monitors and analyze traffic performance of Partners to respond quickly in case of traffic abnormality. Hence, ensure commitments are implemented.
• Coordinates with existing and prospective partners.

2 | Product and Project Development

• Innovates and conceptualizes products and project that will help augment total revenue.
• Leads end-to-end conceptualization and implementation of the product and project
• Create marketing campaigns and materials that together with Marketing Communications to communicate product features and attract new prospects and existing customers
• Convey the product positioning, strategy and roadmap to the product development team
