What You’ll Be Doing:

This is a fantastic entry-level role for anyone looking to kickstart a career in data, analytics, or HR. You'll collaborate with senior leaders, explore data to solve business challenges, and drive meaningful impact on our colleague experience. With access to our bespoke People Analytics learning platform, you’ll stay ahead in a fast-moving field.

As part of the People Analytics team, you'll help shape an insight-driven culture, particularly within HR. Your role will include:

• Integrating global HRIS data to build accurate, centralized datasets.
• Analyzing data for accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and driving solutions.
• Partnering with global HR teams to improve data integrity and consistency.
• Running reports, dashboards, and tracking key HR metrics.
• Delivering insights through storytelling, visualization, and clear communication.

Your work will directly influence strategic decisions, ensuring data-driven success across the business.

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking a data-savvy problem solver with a passion for analytics and a keen eye for detail. You’ll be confident working with large datasets, spotting errors, identifying trends, and presenting insights through clear visualizations and storytelling.

Skills & Tools:

• Strong Excel skills (XLOOKUPS, COUNTIFS, Pivots) and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Bamboo HR), Power BI, or Python is a plus—but we’ll provide training if you're eager to learn.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations.
• A proactive, collaborative team player who enjoys problem-solving and learning new tools.

Bonus points for HR experience or project management skills—but above all, we’re looking for curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to make an impact!
