As the User Research Director of Chongqing Arbitrary Gate Technology Co., Ltd., you will lead the user research strategy in the field of accounting and finance.
Responsible for organizing and conducting in-depth user research to provide data support for product development.
Lead cross-departmental teams to ensure continuous optimization of user experience.
Analyze market trends and convert insights into practical product improvement plans.

Position Requirements for User Research Director:

Educational Qualifications: Master's degree in Human Factors Engineering, Psychology, Market Research or related fields.
Experience Level: At least 10 years of experience in user research-related positions, with 5 years in a management role.
Skills and Abilities: Outstanding analytical thinking, knowledge of user-centered design, leadership and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Lead user research projects, develop research strategies, manage teams, continuously improve the user experience.
Working Conditions: Needs to communicate and collaborate with different departments, may require overtime work and response to emergencies.
