What You’ll Do:

The Accounting Associate will process payments, review invoices, and ensure compliance with financial guidelines for our Singapore and regional offices. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain accurate financial records and support daily finance operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payments and manage AP tasks for Singapore and regional centers.
  • Verify and reconcile supplier/vendor invoices with quotations, resolving discrepancies.
  • Ensure invoice approvals align with internal DOA limits.
  • Enter invoices into Workday (finance system).
  • Prepare and process supplier/vendor payments via online banking.
  • Issue deposit refunds to members promptly.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
  • Prepare and reconcile AP aging reports with the general ledger.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager or AP Team Lead.


Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and AP processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for handling inquiries and fostering positive relationships.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Confident in engaging with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
