Responsibilities:

• Source and seek out prospective tenants.

• Shows to the clients/customer the model unit and attends to their inquiries.

• Responsible for orientation of House Rules, Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and the like to ensure tenants fulfil their lease obligation.

• Monitors of client’s rental contracts, database and client information and ensure its proper care. Maintains and keeps an efficient and effective records management system for tenants/clients.

• Coordinates and assists in the Accounting Department regarding the collection and required documents for new tenants.

• Maintain the cleanliness of the areas and facilities
