dynamic and strategic marketing Brand Manager to drive the growth of their
flagship category. This role will be responsible for shaping the brand's market presence, driving consumer engagement, and leading a team of junior marketers to ensure continued success and excitement in an increasingly competitive industry.
Job Description
The key responsibilities of the
Brand Manager:
- Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans to drive growth, awareness, and engagement for the coffee category.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, including new product development, pricing, and innovation initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and optimize brand and product positioning.
- Lead the development of brand communication materials, including packaging, digital marketing, in-store merchandising, and campaigns.
- Track and evaluate brand performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve market share and profitability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and directly oversee 1-2 Brand Associates.
The Successful Applicant
Must-have Qualifications Of a Brand Manager
- At least 3 years of experience in brand/ product/ category management within the F&B or FMCG industry
- Proven experience handling coffee or a similar beverage segment
