Job Description:

As a Brand/Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing the marketing strategies that promote the organization’s brand and products. You will work closely with senior marketing leaders to support the development, execution, and tracking of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

· Implement and activate marketing strategies across various platforms, including traditional advertising, social media, websites, email, and more.

· Collaborate with senior marketing managers, directors, or executives to plan and execute campaigns that align with the brand’s objectives.

· Proofread and refine marketing materials to ensure high-quality standards, accuracy, and consistency.

· Adhere to and help implement company policies, procedures, and best practices in all marketing efforts.

· Develop and manage comprehensive brand strategies that drive awareness and engagement.

· Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to support product and brand growth.

· Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance and strengthen the brand’s presence in the market.

· Gather and analyze customer feedback, insights, and data to continuously improve marketing strategies.

· Oversee the execution of marketing strategies by coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and success.

· Enhance the overall customer experience through targeted and effective marketing initiatives.

· Assist with other marketing-related tasks and projects as needed.

Job Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably Marketing, Business, or related field)

· Automotive industry (or related field) experience for at least 3-5 years.

· Proficiency in brand marketing strategies and traditional marketing tools.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
