• Implement, and execute the business development/growth and revenue strategy for Marketplace and Mall sellers
• Introduce, execute, and grow specific projects and/or initiatives for Monetization to better manage Shopee’s sellers
• Prepare program materials and reports to continuously improve and monitor KPIs
• Coordinate with Shopee’s cluster teams to ensure Monetization initiatives have high adoption and success rate
• Constantly coordinate with internal stakeholders for project development
• Perform adhoc tasks needed in relation to Monetization, when necessary
  
  

• Has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or similar relevant field
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in project management and process improvement
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible and is able to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly proficient in GSuite (e.g. Gsheets, GSlides, etc)
