Job Description

  • Drive Cross Border business performance and growth in the Philippines (specifically the Local Fulfillment and Warehouse business)
  • Work with various teams and stakeholders, including but not limited to, the Cross Border regional function teams, Cross Border Local Fulfillment teams (based in China/Korea, etc.), local PH teams (such as Business Development, Operations, Logistics, Marketing), and Seller Management teams (based in China/Korea/Indonesia etc), to develop and implement the growth strategy for CB Local Fulfillment business
  • Help bridge the gap between various seller offices, regional teams, and local teams
  • Develop and execute seller programs, initiatives, and strategies to drive Cross Border business growth for the Local Fulfillment business
  • Continuously analyze the internal and external environment to ensure that Cross Border sellers in the categories under management remain highly competitive vis-a-vis the market
  • Manage performance and drive competitive advantage of overseas sellers in
  • Monitor trends and analyze seller performance and profitability - generate actionable insights to develop category initiatives aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Map category landscape and coordinate with seller market teams to design and execute category growth plans.
  • Coordinate with both local and cross-border teams to ensure optimal resource allocation - leverage available internal resources to drive campaign performance of overseas sellers.
  • Collaborate with seller market teams to obtain information, cascade programs, generate investments and gather feedback from overseas sellers in assigned categories.
  • Act as point of contact for any operational issues of cross-border shops in assigned categories.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses related to assigned categories as required

Requirements

  • Has at least five years of work experience, consulting experiences will be an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus
  • Data-driven mindset and solid business acumen (good understanding of growth and profitability)
  • Possess strong analytical skill, sensitivity to data, and proficient with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel) and Google Slides/Microsoft Powerpoint
  • Learns fast and can manage multiple initiatives and projects end-to-end
  • Able to navigate through an ever-changing job scope and business landscape
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Flexible to work long hours on occasion
