ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Human Resources Capability Development Specialist WORK SETUP: Return to Office OVERALL PURPOSE: Primary responsibility is deployment of New Hire Process / Domain training, designing/customizing HRO training content per requirement and work in collaboration with Delivery and Mobilization for customized interventions and knowledge management. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct training for new hires and recurrent training for employees in the areas of HRO domain, customer orientation, new products or processes, systems or tools used, etc.
Identify training needs, design curriculum and deliver domain – HRO training
Facilitate/Deliver any other domain training initiatives like domain cross training, Excel – HRO training recap sessions etc
Train in blending learning environment that includes Instructor led training and Virtual ILT
Assess relevant training needs for individuals and organization, in consultation with departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems available.
Responsible for content research , training, outline creation and development of training modules and assessments
Stay informed as to relevant skill and qualifications levels required by employees for effective performance (Client and Internal requirements), and circulate requirements and relevant information to the organization / Leadership as appropriate.
Work with Capability Development Manager to produce plans to meet training and development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary.
Organize training venues, logistics, transport as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
Deliver required industry, domain, functional and client systems and process training to both new hires and existing staff
Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training.
Recruit employees (as applicable).
Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies.
Monitor, measure and report on employees’ training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times.
Deploy TTTs as required by the organization.
Interact with training vendors and attend related training conferences and seminars. OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift Project Rest Day: Rotation Off Project/Team Location: Quezon Gateway Tower 2
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 5 years’ experience in Human Resources (HR) or HR Operations in a BPO industry
At least 3 years supervisory experience
Has good comms skills
No specific tool requirement; knowledge in any ERP system is preferred only, i.e., Siebel, WQM, Workday, Success Factor, and other system, NOT required
Experience in tools such Blackline, Recon net/Recon Smart, Power BI is NOT required; preferred only
Project is also open to resources from Shared Services
Good to have:
Transition or Knowledge transfer is preferred skill, not mandatory
