JOB OVERVIEW:

The HR Associate supports daily HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, records management, and employee engagement. This role ensures compliance with company policies and practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment & Selection:

  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Conduct pre-employment checks and onboarding.
  • Prepare documents such as Job Offers, Employment Contracts,

Timekeeping & Payroll:

  • Process timekeeping and payroll of employees accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Address payroll-related concerns.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Ensure that government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) are remitted on time, and facilitate any employee loans from these agencies.
  • Track leave records and handle salary/benefits inquiries.

Employee Relations:

  • Assist in handling and documenting employee cases (e.g., issuing Notice to Explain, written warnings, Notice of Decision).
  • Ensure due process in disciplinary actions and coordinate with management on labor-related concerns.
  • Mediate minor workplace conflicts and support grievance resolution.

Clearance Processing:

  • Oversee employee resignations, clearance, and final pay computation.
  • Prepare post-employment documents (e.g. quitclaim, COE).

Employee Engagement & Events:

  • Assist in planning and facilitation of company events (e.g., Christmas party, team building).
  • Support engagement activities like birthday greetings.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain and safeguard employee records (digital & physical).
  • Prepare HR administrative memos/documents and announcements.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and recruitment platforms.
  • Knowledge of the Data Privacy Act and DOLE regulations.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • High integrity, adaptability, and a customer-focused attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
