Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for executing tasks related to Supplier Diversity website registrations and managing data linkage using tools like ZoomInfo and Apollo.io. Your primary focus will be to ensure accurate data entry and CRM management to support our marketing efforts and customer relationship strategies.



Job Responsibilities:

• Register and manage over 600 Supplier Diversity websites. 
• Perform data linking using ZoomInfo and Apollo.io to prospect and customer records. 
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in CRM systems. 
• Maintain and update records for all supplier diversity registrations and customer prospects. 
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to identify new opportunities and optimize existing processes. 
• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials and campaigns as needed.
• Less than 1 year of experience in marketing, data entry, or a related field. 
• Proven experience with CRM management and data entry.
• Proficiency in using ZoomInfo and Apollo.io.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Generate reports and analyze data to track the effectiveness of supplier diversity initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year in marketing, data entry, or a related field.
• Proven experience with CRM management and data entry.
• Proficiency in using ZoomInfo and Apollo.io.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Supplier Diversity programs, familiarity with other marketing tools and platforms, and previous experience in a B2B marketing environment.
