About the role



Gaisano Grand Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a full-time Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing communications strategies and initiatives, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging content that aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives
• Monitoring and analysing marketing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and making recommendations for innovative marketing strategies
• Assisting with the planning and execution of various marketing events and promotions
• Providing support and guidance to the sales team on marketing-related matters

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing communications role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and recommendations
• Proficiency in using marketing software, tools, and platforms, such as social media management, email marketing, and content creation
• Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
