The Role


You'll be a key player in providing dynamic and adaptable support to our recruitment team. You'll serve as the go-to expert for all inquiries related to your area, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Reporting to the Team Leader or Principal in Recruitment Administration, your role will be central to our team's success and efficiency.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Manage account specific administration activities such as CV capturing, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and pre-employment screening.
  • Manage other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate on or completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (ie pes vendor) and other account stakeholders.
  • Ensure stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.
  • Management of day-to-day queries relating the area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.
  • Participate in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team.


You’ll need to demonstrate:

  • E

    ffective English business communication skills, written and oral, plus any client specific languages as required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Has keen attention to details and consistently performs high quality results on time.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Flexible to work on APAC/EMEA/US shift
