KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree relevant to Business Course and Management
JOB MANDATE
Responsible for the activities related to the branch referred transactions, including account opening, account administration, acceptance of placements and callback of clients which are serviced through the branches. Markets trust products in accordance with Trust Rules and Regulations and answers inquiries from the branches/
clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Account Processing and Administration
1. Act as liaison to the branches.
2. Keep informed of new product features and procedures, industry and current events.
3. Provide branches with timely updates and informs them of important developments as the need arises.
4. Create new accounts based on information provided by the clients/branches.
5. Approve accounts created by Retail Marketing Support Assistants and co Trust Marketing Support Officers.
6. Receive client bookings through the branches and matches these with the available investment outlets for the day. Receives Consolidated List of Long-Term New Issuances for account creation in the Trust system.
7. Do the callback procedures for new IMA/TA.
8. Answer inquiries from the branches, clients and BDO call center.
9. Attend to concerns and special requests of the branches.
10. Check PERA account and initial contribution orders processed within the day.
11. Process additional PERA orders in the Trust system.
12. Execute merging CIF of duplicate accounts in the Trust system.
13. Ensure correctness and completeness of client details in the Trust system by doing CIF clean up.
14. Perform/approve updating/maintenance of client records in the Trust system.
15. Ensure completeness of required documents submitted by branches/Retail Marketing Support Assistants for account opening documentation/account updating and account termination.
16. Perform Enhanced Due Diligence for high-risk clients and attends to AMLA and SAS-Alerts.
17. Conduct Account Review of handled IMA/TA/PERA accounts.
18. Prepare and print needed reports.
B. Audit and Compliance
1. Post checks all new accounts opened for the day.
2. Ensure compliance to all audit findings.
3. Monitor Key Result Indicator (KRI) breaches and limits.
C. Other Functions
1. Coordinate with IT/Business Information Department for systems enhancements and updates.
2. Streamline processes and initiate automation of manual activities.
3. Perform other related functions and special projects that may be assigned from time to time.
