Job Description:

- Branch location development

- Help plan and execute the locations in the pipeline of TOMO Coffee

- Evaluate new location/s and report to immediate supervisor for approval

- Build a strong network with real estate developers, malls, commercial properties, leasing departments, consultants, agencies, firms, etc.

- Present TOMO Coffee leasing deck to any potential lessor or real estate developer

- Manage outbound and inbound leads of a potential new branch

- Negotiate price and terms of leases with landlords and lessors

- Draft letter of intents and review lease agreements

- Coordinate with contractor the new branch location

- Process permits of the new branch location

Work Schedule: 5 days on-site with flexible working schedule
