• Identify and lead strategic partnership opportunities with partners
• Actively engage with partners to maximize Shopee’s market presence
• Where applicable, support on development of new campaigns and initiatives that drive our team’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Involved in planning, coordination and implementation of marketing strategies along with cross division; both offline and online
• Support on data analytics, reporting, and drawing insights from performance reports and turn them into actionable plans
• Monitor and supervise ongoing partnership with brand partners to ensure SLA’s and KPI's are me
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Has experience in Partnerships, Sponsorships and Project Management
• Strong negotiation, Data Analytics and Marketing experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience in brand partnerships and sponsorships
