Position : Japanese Speaking Coordinator

Industry: Japanese Mall and Finance Company

Location : Ortigas Pasig City

Salary : Php 30,000 - Php 45,000 basic

Schedule : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Work Set-up: Onsite/ Permanent job

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with each department for the budget of the company
• Collect data of every department for the allocation of the company resources
• Sending minutes of meeting 
• Work for the document needed for specific requirement 
• Arrange the travel and accommodation for Japanese employees
• Extend contract for Japanese expat for the condo accommodation
• Propose cost or budget management and implementation of the budget

• Can speak read and write Japanese language
• Open forJLPT N1, N2 passer
• Bachelor’s degree graduate
• At least 6 months of experience in administrative or finance
• Can work onsite in Pasig City
