Position: Assistant Manager, Resource Management (WFM Lead)

Location: Ortigas, Pasig

Work setup & shift: Onsite | Day shift

Our client, ReSource Pro, is a 21-year-old leading provider of integrated, innovative operational solutions to US-based insurance organizations, including brokers, managing general agents, carriers, and third-party administrators. Our client, ReSource Pro, supports a wide range of business processes, with a focus on activities requiring deep domain expertise. The Company services its clients through a large and growing base of more than 10,500 employees based in the U.S., China, India, and Serbia with 400+ clients

Your Role

As an Assistant Manager, Resource Management, you will:

Growth/ Talent Pipeline Model

  • Collaborate to seek inputs for building the Growth/Talent pipeline model
  • Consult with line management, providing key inputs
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the key stakeholders to develop a logical growth model
  • Factor all key elements in the planning
  • Maintain and track the forecast with the actual to identify the variance and share the observations with the management
  • Perform periodic revisions to get aligned with the actual growth projections

Resource Assignment

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition, Training Team and the SDU team to align with the business requirement
  • Ensure new hire assignments are done in accordance to the actual business growth
  • Capture and track the employee count in terms of assignment buffer, employees assigned, and SDU staff actual staff count
  • Provide center resource capacity per client needs and update the center resource planning if needed.
  • Confirm the resource capacity for each center and initiate recruitment if adjustments are needed.
  • Provide weekly updates on the status of recruitment and training activities.
  • Assign account roles and modify the recruitment plan as required.

Compensation Model

  • Map the Staffing model with the compensation to derive the Compensation Model
  • Factor all key elements in the planning
  • Derive the average compensation cost to analyses the trend
  • Show view on the Direct Margin and other comp related statistics

MIS Reporting

  • Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's KPI and create dashboards and reports for Management communication
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

New Hire Performance Tracking

  • Capture the performance of the new hires assigned to SDU
  • Publish report to measure the effective of the recruitment process
  • Evaluate if the new hire performance is tracked and logged correctly in the system
  • Track if the SDU is following the PIP policy
  • Share trainer/trainee profiles and RSP training qualification results with appropriate teams.
  • Recognize and address discrepancies in the onboarding process to ensure new hires arrive just in time.
  • Report on the training status for tasks, systems, TQS, and AMP basics.
  • Provide weekly updates on the completion status of e-learning modules.
  • Assist with training activities as required.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
  • Minimum 10-12 years’ experience in Resource/Work Flow Management.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
  • Willing to work on day shift/shifting depending on business needs

Preferred Skills/expertise

  • Proven work experience in Resource/Work Flow Management
  • Analytical and goal-oriented
  • Demonstrable experience with business analytic tools
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Excel functions, Sorting of statistics along with other MS office applications
