POSITION DESCRIPTION:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least one (1) year experience in helpdesk supporting remote devices/individuals in corporate environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Pleasant phone manner with a high level of patience when dealing with non-technical individuals
- A year of experience in Office 365, basic knowledge in network, windows 10-11 and windows Server.
- With experience using (and maintaining) a help desk/ticketing system (such as Atlassian Service Desk)
- Experience escalating tickets internally while being the central contact point for the end-user
- With experience in writing how-to instructions/emails for non-technical individuals
- Knowledgeable with remote tools such as Remote Desktop and VNC
- With basic understanding of computer networking and troubleshooting
- ADSL, NDN, Ping, Tracerout, DNS lookup, etc
- Technical understanding of Android Devices such as Tablets
- Change settings, connecting to wifi, app management
- Experience with Mobile Device Management tools an advantage
- Understanding in Azure, Intune MDM, PowerShell.
- Understanding of Security Concepts and Security Software
- Best practices relating to security
- Exposure to centrally managed security software
- Such as Kaspersky Security Centre
- Strong understanding of Business Software
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher
- Web Browsers - Google Chrome & Firefox
- Windows 7 & Windows 10
- Knowledgeable with Google G-Suite
- With experience in administering Windows Server and maintain
