• Build integrated menus using Doshii systems whereby online menu items are mapped to POS items
• Problem solving skills to determine when to use Doshii systems to create customized options for integrated menus
• Clearly define missing components of menus
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to communicate very effectively in English: both verbal and written
• Attend and contribute to on-shore team meetings and learning sessions
• Confidently use Doshii’s CRM system to manage their ticket queue and handover tickets to on-shore team members
• Complete assigned menus/tickets within specified SLAs
• Working hours will be within Australian business hours
• Assigned tasks may include menu support tickets
• May require a rotating roster of work
  
  

• 2 years experience working in a technical customer service role
• Demonstrated ability to build menu, update, & integrate menus
• Experience working with Point of Sale (POS systems) in retail or hospitality
• Experience working with ticketing and CRM systems
• Experience in Hubspot and Confluence is advantageous
