Job Description:

Provides Technical and Warranty support for processors, motherboards, servers, and networking products through phone, email, and chat. Technical in nature troubleshoots and provides customer service for Products. Technical Voice/Email/Chat - Support.

Typical Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
  • Fresh Graduate are open to Apply
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience Target:

  • with minimum 6 months IT related work experience (BPO/Non BPO).

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 

  • Experience in IT Technical Support/IT Helpdesk is preferred
  • Handle level 1 and 2 support via phone and ticketing system. 
  • Has experience in providing phone technical support to end users.
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Has experience in a BPO Industry
  • Amenable to working onsite in a Graveyard shift schedule
  • Must be near WCC or willing to work in WCC
